SMASH! 2019 was held on July 13 and 14 at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney). This event is one of the biggest Japanese pop cultural events in Australia, and many talented cosplayers dressed as different anime and comic characters visited the event. CLAIR Sydney staff dressed as Minato Namikaze from the comic series Naruto, and Ryoma Sakamoto, the famous historical figure from Kochi Prefecture, ran a booth at the event to promote tourism destinations in Japan that are associated with popular animations and comics. CLAIR Sydney will continue to support the promotional activities of Japanese local governments. Thank you very much to everyone for coming to our booth!
