On 30 Oct, the Consulate-General of Japan in Melbourne hosted a welcome function for recent JET returnees.
Nine returnees joined the function and deepened their friendship by talking about their experiences in Japan. All attendees including JETAA VIC/TAS/SA members praised the returnees’ successes in the JET Programme and welcomed them warmly.
We hope that all returnees make the most of their knowledge and networks gained through their JET Programme experiences in Japan, and that they will play an important role in further strengthening the relationship between Australia and Japan.
