On 26th October, trainees from Ibaraki prefecture participating in the 2016 Harmony Flight program visited our office. We gave a presentation on Australia and discussed differences between Australia and Japan, work–life balance, how to promote volunteer activities, working environment and resident welfare services from the point of view of women.
